Have A Ball

After the race last Sat. we went to my Mom's house for breakfast.  Dhali found this fun ball to play with.  It makes a funny sound.  I bought it for Tibby a long, long time ago and we left it at my Mom's house.

Dhali's pretty good at playing fetch now.  He thinks it is a fun game to play when he's bored and there isn't anything to do.

He likes this big chair.  Tibby likes this chair too, so it will be interesting to see what happens when they are there at the same time.

Looks like he has a crown - Prince Dhali!

On the Throne? I Bark For Your Kong!

I use to have 2 puppy kongs, but Ellie chewed through one of them (in the first 5 mins. that I had her). I think I will have to get a 2nd one kong, but not a puppy one. Dhali is too strong a chewer. He has puppy teeth now and he leaves marks on the kong. When he gets those adult chompers all bets are off! Tibby is dainty when she eats out of the kong, so she can still have the puppy kong.

Tibby correcting Dhali. Telling him to back off. Check out their body language.

New Living Room and Grooming

Tibby graciously agreed to pose in the new living room after she got back from the groomer.
I love this couch, because it is not white!, like the old one.

Tibby thinks everything is her toy.  Even paint brushes.
I had a family member at my house painting one day when I was at work.
I warned them to keep the baby gate up, but they felt sorry for Tibby and let her into the room.
Two seconds later Tibby had silently stolen their paint brush and tipped over a tray of paint.

They didn't even know the paint brush was gone until they went to use it.
She is super stealthy.
They found her on her dog bed in the dining room - COVERED in paint.  The bed was also full of paint.
She was merrily chewing on the handle and painting herself up one side and down the other.
Thank goodness the color matched her fur.
And that she has a short hair cut.  Even after a scrub and a bath there were still bits of paint.
I forgot to tell Tibby's groomer about the paint when I dropped her off.
Wonder what she thought about it?

"Yum!  Tastes painty."

And also the new chair.
The room matches Tibby.
Or Tibby matches the room!
